You are my shining star
A voice of reason
No matter where you R, I always feel You
You love to feed my flame
You keep me on fire
Honestly I don’t mind
Honestly I don’t mind
I set sail, got lost, saw a lighthouse
Pray that it’s the sanctuary
Thoughts aren’t organized in survival mode
Route unknown, could this be home?
Woman in all white
Greeted me as I pulled up to shore
Her eyes were brown and sure
Sand feeling silky on my barefeet
Tip toeing ballerina Style cause of the heat
The reasons that we play
More intuitive these days
Know we been through it
No, we’re not purist
Every dog has its day
You are my shining star
A voice of reason
No matter where you R, I always feel You
You love to feed my flame
You keep me on fire
Honestly I don’t mind
Honestly I don’t mind
This our moment
baby this our time
Look around you love the stars aligned
That passion and that work ain’t go unnoticed
That focus and devotion
you’re the coldest
And you bring the heat
Campfire type
Your words, they filled a nigga up
Ain’t have to eat tonight
You’re like a portal
Popped up in it, now all is right
Zion Williamson
You flyin' over all the hype
We ain’t letting life bounce pass like Spaulding
Got awareness of the fact your purpose calling
This rock is steady
Yet flow like water
Wet
Fall in
Focus is heavy
The world is yours
Bet
All in
10 toes, no pedi
You are my shining star
A voice of reason
No matter where you R, I always feel You
You love to feed my flame
You keep me on fire
Honestly I don’t mind
Honestly I don’t mind

Like so many others, this came like a bolt out of the blue and, even though it's well before payday, I had to have this astonishing album on vinyl to prove it exists. The feel of the tunes makes me feel like the Impressions do, Curtis Mayfield, the big spaces and instinctive horns and stuff drifting in and out. Great grooves and I can see lots of ghosts nodding along to this with big smiles on their faces. At last! Anthony Cottrell
